    Owing to the day-by-day development of technology, global communication, and information networks, the dynamicity of investment and work forces has increased and the organizations such as join stock companies have no choice but to a new organizing era. Value-based organizations are one of the newest forms of today's organizations in which customers are as affecting the production and providing services, working and process strategies, and developing knowledge and competitive power, alongside with the members. "The organizations are always looking for the new methods and creating innovation, and they even name the value of the customer as their 'future source of competitive advantage'" (Kandampully & Khahn, 2004, p.398). Management based on value and value-based organizations are now affecting today's organizations, and values are regarded to be an undeniable source of competitive advantage. Hence, effectively managing the relationship with the customer, and creating and presenting values are the main mission of such organizations.     Analysis of Economic-Physical Resilience of Cities: Islamshahr City, Iran

    Resilience is a new approach to assessing and enhancing the resilience and resilience of the foundations of development in cities. Explaining and recognizing its effective and promotional components can pave the way for many programs related to crisis management and passive urban defense, which is very necessary given the complexities of today\u27s threats. Different dimensions of human society resilience are examined in the physical, social, economic, environmental-institutional fields. In fact, resilience as a framework goes back to a concept that can easily relate to all stages and sections of disaster and crisis management. In this regard, the present study has been compiled with the aim of evaluating the dimensions of economic-physical resilience of cities around the metropolis of Tehran in the Islamshahr region. In this study, first through library studies, indicators and factors affecting economic and institutional resilience were identified and operational defined, then using a questionnaire in the form of hierarchical analysis process, the final weight of indicators by domestic experts and External was determined. Descriptive and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test and Friedman test) were used to analyze the data. Institutional resilience with an average of 2.5325, infrastructure resilience with an average of 2.4377 and urban resilience with an average of 2.3786 is therefore urban resilience and components of urban resilience in Islamshahr city are at a low level

    Probabilistic Constellation Shaping With Denoising Diffusion Probabilistic Models: A Novel Approach

    With the incredible results achieved from generative pre-trained transformers (GPT) and diffusion models, generative AI (GenAI) is envisioned to yield remarkable breakthroughs in various industrial and academic domains. In this paper, we utilize denoising diffusion probabilistic models (DDPM), as one of the state-of-the-art generative models, for probabilistic constellation shaping in wireless communications. While the geometry of constellations is predetermined by the networking standards, probabilistic constellation shaping can help enhance the information rate and communication performance by designing the probability of occurrence (generation) of constellation symbols. Unlike conventional methods that deal with an optimization problem over the discrete distribution of constellations, we take a radically different approach. Exploiting the ``denoise-and-generate'' characteristic of DDPMs, the key idea is to learn how to generate constellation symbols out of noise, ``mimicking'' the way the receiver performs symbol reconstruction. By doing so, we make the constellation symbols sent by the transmitter, and what is inferred (reconstructed) at the receiver become as similar as possible. Our simulations show that the proposed scheme outperforms deep neural network (DNN)-based benchmark and uniform shaping, while providing network resilience as well as robust out-of-distribution performance under low-SNR regimes and non-Gaussian noise. Notably, a threefold improvement in terms of mutual information is achieved compared to DNN-based approach for 64-QAM geometry.Comment: arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:2309.0856

    Pengaruh Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis dengan Model Pembelajaran Double Loop Problem Solving Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran double loop problem solving terhadap penalaran  matematis siswa pada materi bangun ruang. Pada penelitian ini ditarik sampel sebanyak dua kelas, dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanya 67 peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Exsperimental Research) .Penelitian ini melibatkan dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, dimana kedua kelas ini diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pemelajaran double loop problem solving terhadap penalaran matematis siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Campalagian. Dilihat pada pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan melihat hasil uji-t. Berdasarkan uji-t diperoleh nilai  sebesar 2,204. Sedangkan untuk nilai  sebesar  yang berarti bahwa  yaitu . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa  ditolak dan  diterima, bila ditinjau dari nilai taraf signifikan,  diterima apabila Sig <   yaitu 0,032 < 0,05. dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan Penerapan model pemelajaran double loop problem solving terhadap penalaran matematis dalam Pembelajaran Matematika Pada Peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Campalagian, berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan pengamatan aktivitas siswa. Sehingga bisa diterapkan di sekolah
